Ion optics and Nuclear Reaction Group is active under the project 141019 B of Ministry of Science of RS.

These group activities are in the following subjects:

1. Limits of stability of nuclear matter
2. Phenomenology of “pure” neutron and proton matter
3. Computational nuclear physics, which includes
   • usage of already existing computational codes (TRANSPORT, RAYTRACE, HIVAP, RELAX3D, OPERA-3D, EPAX ABRAABLA, CYCLONE … )
   • development of new computational codes (ANAMARI, INES…)
4. Accelerators and mass separators, stressed on gas-filled mode magnetic separators

EURISOL participation:

Participation in EURISOL project is performed in the following tasks of EURISOL:

• Task 9: Beam Preparation and development of S 3 spectrometer

• Task10: Physics and Instrumentation

• Task 11: Beam Intensity Calculations
